Having built and sold over 600 homes in the Anchorage and Eagle River areas, Mike has gathered experience in all facets of residential construction; from the early years of framing and doing his own trim carpentry, to currently managing and coordinating hundreds of suppliers and subcontractors. Over the last 33 years, Mike has been able to assemble an elite group of employees and subcontractors who take pride in the work they do.
Mike loves forging new homes for families and people who are ready to establish a new place to make memories. The enjoyment he gets from seeing the happiness of new homeowners at the end of the building process is one of his favorite parts of the job. Mike works hard to fulfill his buyer’s new home dreams.

Skyler is our dedicated project manager. He started working for his dad Mike at the age of 10. In elementary school, he would sweep out jobsites on the weekends for extra spending money. In middle school through high school, he worked full time in the summers as a labor; cleaning out job sites, and expediating material.
After high school, Skyler attended Northern Arizona University where he studied Civil Engineering. While attending college, he interned for a local Eagle River civil engineer company in the summers. He went to work for that company full time for several years upon graduating with his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
He later decided it was time to come back to the family business, bringing all of his civil engineering experience with him. His engineering background give him a unique skill set in managing complex projects.
Skyler currently serves on the Anchorage Home Builders Association’s Board of Directors where he’s Vice President and is the current Chair of the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) Platting Board. He also served a 3-year term on the MOA Zoning Board of Examiners and Appeals where he was Parliamentarian.

Our company and the professionals who work with us are not as interested in the number of homes we build, but rather how the homes are built, and the quality put into them. Their workmanship has won us numerous awards over the years including the Golden Hammer and the Governor’s Award.
